Job Description : We are seeking an experienced BPM/BAW Architect with a strong background in IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) and Business Automation Workflow (BAW). The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the industry, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and architecting Headless BPM solutions. Expertise in working with CP4BA in OpenShift environments and a strong understanding of CP4BA migration are also crucial. Familiarity with Brazos BP3 UI and the ability to migrate it to IBM BPM Native UI is highly desirable. As a BPM/BAW Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the BPM architecture for enterprise-level automation projects. This role requires both deep technical expertise and the ability to work with clients to ensure the seamless execution of automation strategies. Key Responsibilities : - BPM/BAW Implementation : Lead the design and implementation of BPM solutions using IBM CP4BA and BAW, ensuring that solutions align with business requirements and technical specifications. - Headless BPM Architecture : Architect and implement Headless BPM solutions, enabling API-first automation and ensuring effective security management within the applications. - CP4BA & OpenShift Integration : Work with CP4BA in OpenShift, deploying, managing, and maintaining BPM applications in containerized environments. Ensure efficient scaling and resource management within OpenShift. - CP4BA Migration : Lead and manage the migration of CP4BA environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimum disruption to operations. - BPM UI Migration : Work on migrating Brazos BP3 UI to IBM BPM Native UI toolkit, enabling improved user experience and functionality in the BPM environment. - Database Integration : Configure and integrate external databases with BAW, using them in flows and ensuring data is accurately fetched and stored for process execution. - ODM & RPA Integration : Understand and integrate ODM (Operational Decision Manager) and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) with BPM systems to enhance automation capabilities. - Security Management : Ensure the security of BPM applications by implementing robust security mechanisms for user authentication, authorization, and data protection in a headless BPM environment. - Client Communication : Maintain strong client relationships, understand their requirements, and provide expert advice and solutions for their business automation needs. Lead meetings and presentations to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and business analysts, to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Required Skills & Qualifications : Experience : - 8-10 years of professional experience in BPM/BAW. - At least 5 years of hands-on experience in BPM/BAW implementations and Headless BPM architecture. - Proven expertise in CP4BA in OpenShift, with a deep understanding of deploying and managing containerized applications. Technical Skills : - Strong working knowledge of IBM CP4BA, IBM BAW, and Brazos BP3 UI toolkit. - Familiarity with CP4BA migration and IBM BPM Native UI toolkit. - Practical experience integrating external databases with BAW. - RedHat OpenShift : Experience in creating users, managing groups, and working with containerized environments. - Solid understanding of ODM (Operational Decision Manager) and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) concepts and integrations. - Expertise in security management within Headless BPM applications. Communication & Client Management : - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong client-handling experience, capable of managing expectations, providing technical leadership, and delivering effective solutions. Preferred Skills : - Experience in migrating BPM solutions from legacy systems to modern architectures. - Experience with Brazos BP3 UI and its migration to IBM BPM Native UI toolkit.
