The companys technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the companys business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more. Technology Quality Assurance Analyst: As an SDET, you will be responsible for end-to-end testing, including functional, automation, and release testing to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, enhance test coverage, and ensure seamless production releases. Must Have: Functional Testing along with experience in doing In Sprint automation. Selenium Java (Intermediate) Worked in Agile Setup Worked in geographically distributed setup Involved in production releases testing Good to have : Gitlab, CICD pipelines- good to have API Testing knowledge- preferred Test Management tools- Jira, Confluence Knowledge, Skills: Should have experience in Manual Testing Web, Mobile web, Mobile App & API Good communication skills & team player Strong experience in API Testing using Postman and (Swagger or rest Assured). Good Hands on experience Selenium tool using Java. Hands on Automation experience. Ability to influence cross-functional teams (Automation, Performance and Restaurant Functionality QA) Ability to work independently and with offshore co-ordination a must Experience in analysing the reports and document the observations to identify bottlenecks Ability to lead performance issue / defect root cause discussions and next steps Experience in API Testing using Postman(Must) and Swagger or rest Assured Working Knowledge on JSON and XML messaging Work on multiple projects / initiatives across multiple applications daily and collaborate with manual, functional and non-functional teams. Monitor the test execution and prepare a Testing report with findings and share with the stakeholders - 20%. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts. Implement and execute test strategies, covering functional, automation, performance, security, and regression testing. Perform end-to-end testing, ensuring seamless functionality from development to production release. Develop and execute test cases using tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, etc. Automate API and database testing using tools like RestAssured, Postman, and SQL queries. Ensure smooth integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. Monitor and validate software performance and reliability in production environments. Conduct root cause analysis and work with development teams to fix defects proactively. Drive test automation best practices, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Collaborate with release management teams to validate deployments and ensure smooth rollouts. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
