Join our team as a Market Data Regulatory Expert About the project: We are looking to strengthen our Market Data Business Expert team with dedicated and analytically minded Market Data Regulatory Expert with a focus on implementing and managing the DORA requirements. The Market Data (MD) is a part of the key area Big Data & Advanced Analytics and provide market data across the bank. Our responsibilities include the provision, distribution and contribution of data as well as the connection to exchanges and data services. As a global hub for market data – with our locations in Frankfurt, London & Lodz – we are the direct link to the business, our vendors & the top management of the bank. We are responsible for market data licenses, terminals & platforms as well as the bank-wide market data budget. In Lodz, BDAA Market Data has a development and an operational engineering chapters. We intend to build up a team supporting any technological and business tasks within BDAA Market Data. The staff in Lodz is organized in two chapters, one software engineer chapter and one operational engineer chapter. Business chapter is planned to open soon. What you will be doing? Being a subject-matter-expert for DORA & Third Party Risk Management (advise, train others, shape the execution of the regulation for our services) Collaboration with various specialist departments across locations (e.g., Risk Management, Procurement, Legal) Managing of Market Data Contract Renewals External stakeholder communication (e.g. vendors, financial institutions) Implementation and execution of the DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) requirements. Documentation and reporting within the DORA framework. Identification and definition of exit strategies in close alignment with the internal stakeholders. Monitoring, analysis and reporting of operational resilience in accordance with DORA Which technology & skills are important for us? Third Party Risk Management Knowledge of Market Data services and vendors Nice to have: Knowledge of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) General financial industry knowledge Sound understanding of the nature of cyber risks Do not worry, if you do not have experience in some of the points - we will provide trainings for you How?
