Support Engineer

Responsibilities: Following Defined Incident and Problem Management Knowledge base maintenance Communication and collaboration with support team members, project teams and customers through various channels. Execute operational activities not only but mostly related to PTC PLM stack (monitoring, maintenance, installations, updates, configurations, licenses). Learning the latest technologies, frameworks by gathering and sharing knowledge. Our Requirements: Fluency in English. Proactive problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Proactive collaboration skills. Strong IT skills and computer literacy (Windows/Linux). Strong communication skills. Ability to manage and organize your own workload. Java/Python or other language awareness. Nice to have IT service desk experience. Fluency other languages (German, Italian or Polish). ITIL awareness or certificate. PTC PLM application stack awareness. Virtualization awareness (like Vmware) Monitoring tools awareness.
