Key responsibilities: Design and develop industry-leading HMI and industrial automation software Participate in all stages of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment Ensure software meets quality standards through unit and integration testing Work in an Agile/Scrum team, collaborating with global cross-functional teams Develop and optimize GUI applications using Qt Leverage modern software engineering practices to deliver scalable and efficient solutions Ideal candidate profile: 2 years of experience in commercial or open-source software development Proficiency in C++ (Windows & Linux) Experience with GUI development, especially Qt Strong knowledge of data structures, object-oriented design, and design patterns Ability to write and implement unit and integration tests Good communication skills in English (collaboration with a global team) Conditions: Work model: hybrid (3 days per week in the office in Katowice) Salary: 100-120 PLN net/h Employment type: B2B Benefits: medical care, life insurance, trainings, Multisport card
