This includes defining quality requirements for new products, preparing and maintaining necessary documentation, monitoring production quality performance, and ensuring compliance with MSA Quality System standards. How you will do it: Draft, edit, and maintain all documents associated with the Quality System. Serve as the Management Representative for the Quality System. Ensure that processes needed for the Quality System are established, implemented, and maintained. Monitor the performance of the Quality System and identify areas for improvement. Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization. Administer Calibration and Corrective Action Request systems. Control quality-related documents and records as defined in the Quality Manual. Keep management informed of significant occurrences that impact product quality. Anticipate current and future quality issues and develop action plans to minimize negative impacts. What we look for: Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management or related fields. Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, including ISO standards. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and implement corrective actions. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Proficiency in quality management software.
