Manual Tester ETL

The project focuses on testing and ensuring the quality of ETL solutions within Nordea standards. It involves analyzing, designing, and implementing tests to maintain high IT solution quality. The tester will review requirements for testability, identify appropriate tests, manage test data, and document results. Close collaboration with development teams and test managers is essential to uphold top testing standards and efficiency. Manual Tester B2B contract hybrid (3 times from Warsaw/Gdansk/Gdynia office, 2 times from home) Responsibilities: Analyse, design and build up testing and deployments and test strategy to ensure high quality in IT deliveries Maintain high quality and accuracy up to ETL release in order to create great software solutions Perform regression testing efficiently by systematically selecting the appropriate minimum set of tests needed to adequately cover a particular change in order to create ETL solutions Follow the testing standards, test methods and test procedures to operate as an independent ‘operator’ to promote desired increase in test maturity Report, assign and track resolution of ETL code issues to improve futuredevelopment quality Be a well-known role model for co-operation, active sparring partner to thereby actively seek and realize new ways of co-operating within th team Perform testing on all phases in the test life cycle to ensure robust implementation Understand common ETL run failures and faults to secure high quality of IT solutions Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Professional-level English (spoken & written) Strong ETL knowledge and experience in ETL testing Understanding of test methods, test strategies, and test management tools Experience in test environment management Strong skills in requirements analysis and validation Nice to have: Experience working in the banking or financial sector Familiarity with business intelligence and data warehouse environments Hands-on experience with automated ETL testing tools Knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
