CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

Requirements: CA(SA) 5 years post article experience Financial Services industry (Essential) Good communication skills Computer literate Self-starter; driven individual and good work ethic Valid drives license and own transport Responsibilities: Has a detailed understanding and application of the accounting packages and systems used to generate the general ledger. Responsible for accounting system and reporting of the company. Timeous delivery of financial statements Has detailed understanding of all fund agreements. Is responsible for company compliance. Is responsible for taxation and all tax related issues. Is responsible for quarterly fund reporting. Assist with fund structuring and fund raising process. Is responsible for the administration function and assist with meeting legal obligations to fund investors. Is accountable and responsible for the companys statutory obligations. Management of finance staff. Effectively liaises with investors. Timeous delivery and meeting of deadlines. Tenacity and a high standard of work ethic. General communication skills and a team player.
