Role: Professional Quantity Surveyor Industry: Construction & Retail Development Level: Senior Key Requirements: Postgraduate degree in Quantity surveying or relevant field Professionally registered as a Quantity Surveyor 10 years experience in quantity surveying. Extensive experience in retail construction projects. Proficient in cost estimation, contract administration, and financial management of projects. Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, JBCC, NEC, etc.). Ability to manage project budgets, BOQs, and tender processes. Skilled in preparing financial reports, progress claims, and final accounts. Personal Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to project cost control. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Team player with strong communication and leadership skills.
