Senior Highways Engineer

You'll play a vital role in the Highways division, providing technical expertise and leadership on a variety of projects. Key Responsibilities: · Coordinate small to mid-size project teams of discipline-led engineers. · Participate in interdisciplinary reviews of project deliverables, including BIM spatial reviews. · Develop technical specifications and construction cost estimates. · Perform technical quality reviews of design calculations, BIM models, and drawings. · Solve complex engineering problems and contribute to process improvements. · Potentially act as Project Manager on small to medium-sized projects and mentor junior staff. Qualifications: · 8 years of experience post-qualification. · BSc/BEng from an accredited University. · Master of Science or Engineering (preferred). · Professionally registered as an Engineer with ECSA. · Proficiency in engineering software and BIM tools.
