Leading design reviews that feel more like exciting brainstorming sessions than meetings. Automating everything. If you find yourself doing something twice, you'll write a script to do it for you. Be curious about the business you are in as much as about technology. Collaborate with team members effectively and support a common vision. Develop talent within the team and help create opportunities for junior team members. Innovate and experiment to keep abreast with evolving developer’s experience. Our requirements Experience in developing industry leadings product with fast pace with latest technologies. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and can be productive from day 1. Solid knowledge of Vanilla JS, React, NodeJs and database PostgreSql. Experience on DevOps and Agile methodologies. Ability to work with a degree of autonomy while also being able to work in a collaborative team environment. Experience working with CI/CD pipeline, code analysis tools, security tools, Jenkins, GIT, Confluence etc. Must have self-motivated, problem-solving skills, can-do attitude and high degree of personal integrity.
