Cofnięcie zgody pozostaje bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.8.Dane osobowe mogą zostać przekazane do spółek wchodzących w skład grupy Zehnder, z siedzibą w Szwajcarii (decyzją z dnia 26 lipca 2000 r. Komisja Europejska stwierdziła, że Szwajcaria zapewnia właściwy poziom ochrony danych osobowych przekazywanych z Unii Europejskiej).
