TELESALES REPRESENTATIVE – PHARMACIES (GAUTENG)

Qualifications & Experience Matric (compulsory); a diploma or degree in a relevant field is advantageous. Minimum of 1 year of telesales experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulatory requirements. Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a telesales environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and engage customers effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
