Renewable Engineering Manager

Our client is seeking a forward-thinking Engineering Manager to lead their team and contribute to the advancement of next-generation clean energy projects. In this pivotal role, you will manage engineering operations, mentor a skilled team, and play an integral role in driving sustainable solutions for a greener future. Requirements: · BTech / BSc / BEng in Electrical Engineering · 8 Years of experience in the solar industry. · Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership position with a background in technical consulting, EPC or Asset Management. · Excellent understanding of PVSyst, AutoCAD and SketchUps to do modeling, design, analysis, optimization, monitoring, control, and automation for PV and BESS systems. · Strong knowledge of electrical systems (LV/MV/HV, protection logic and termination, structural design components and solar equipment manufacturers.
