IT Analyst Miejsce pracy: Gdynia Technologies we use Optional Bamboo Jenkins About the project Join our team and take on a key role in managing and improving the KYC (Know Your Customer) technical domain. You will be responsible for ensuring secure and efficient application portfolio management, driving automation initiatives, and coordinating various maintenance activities. As an IT Analyst, you will collaborate with international and cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise and guidance. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential in this dynamic and innovative environment. Work: 1 day a week from the office Your responsibilities Design and implement automation feature to optimize and secure application portfolio management Align all security aspects with client processes and standards Prepare and maintain technical documentation for services and environments Provide technical expertise on complex issues, guiding team members toward effective solutions Offer leadership and mentorship to ensure deliverables are accurate, efficient, and secure Actively participate in all KYC-related technical initiatives and recommend infrastructure or software enhancements Serve as the primary point of contact for the KYC System Team on technical matters Collaborate with the Test Team to provide input for both functional and non-functional test design Oversee maintenance activities (software upgrades, license renewals, hardware management, patching, vulnerability assessments) Maintain system availability and ensure a high level of IT support across the organization Our requirements 3 years of experience managing ITIL Service Operation (incident, problem, request fulfilment) 3 years of experience with ITIL Service Transition (change management) Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins) Ability to interpret and work with architecture/IT solution design documents Strong technical background and leadership skills Experience in an international, multicultural environment Customer-focused mindset, eager to learn and adopt new technologies Proven drive to achieve goals and continuously improve services This is how we organize our work This is how we work at the client's site you have influence on the technological solutions applied you have influence on the product Team members project manager Benefits sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care Recruitment stages Rozmowa z rekruterem Rozmowa z klientem B2B.NET S.A.
