Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Responsibilities : - Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents. - Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for optimal solutions. - Establish and enforce development best practices and coding standards. - Develop high-performance and scalable Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes. - Build modern and responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Perform code reviews and ensure code quality. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. - Utilize middleware platforms (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi) for complex integrations. - Develop and maintain integration documentation. - Design and develop engaging and functional Experience Cloud portals. - Customize Experience Cloud templates and components. - Implement security and access controls for Experience Cloud users. - Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and support. - Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. - Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. - Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Estimate development effort and provide accurate timelines. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. - Ensure adherence to project deadlines and quality standards. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users. - Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Required Qualifications : - Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. - Proven experience in leading development teams and designing complex solutions. - Strong proficiency in Apex programming, including triggers, batch Apex, and asynchronous Apex. - Extensive experience in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Deep understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and experience with REST and SOAP APIs. - Experience developing and customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud portals. - Solid understanding of Salesforce security best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with version control systems (Git). - Experience with Agile development methodologies. Technical Skills : - Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components. - SOQL, SOSL. - REST and SOAP APIs. - Salesforce integrations (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi). - Salesforce Experience Cloud. - Salesforce DX. - CI/CD pipelines. - Salesforce security model.
