Job Description : Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of Java developers. - Design and architect Java-based applications. - Develop and implement key features and components. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Contribute to the development process and best practices. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends. Qualifications : - Extensive experience as a Java Developer, with at least 2 years in a Tech Lead role. - Deep understanding of Java and related technologies (e., Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs). - Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns. - Experience with Agile methodologies. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Skills : - Java - Spring ( Spring Boot, Spring MVC) - Hibernate - RESTful APIs - SQL (e., MySQL, PostgreSQL) Specify preferred databases. - Git - Agile Bonus Points : - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Experience with DevOps practices. - Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Java certifications (ref:hirist.tech)
