Job Description

Tasks: Engage directly with senior engineers and service delivery managers to deploy in their customer environments. Lead and coordinate change activities. Lead Technical and Post-Implementation Review Boards. Be accountable for all change activities including change coordination, documentation, impact analysis, risk mitigation, communications, and partner engagement. Initiate, influence, and maintain effective relationships with and between key internal and external partners to proactively lead needs, expectations, mitigate risks and sophisticated issues to support Change Requests. Document measures and metrics of technical changes throughout the change lifecycle. Identify Continuous Service Improvement opportunities. Represent Change Requests at Customer CAB meetings. Ensure all team members follow the process in the testing and deployment of patches, upgrades, and new hardware and software. Review the technical details of changes planned, providing first-line defense against improper change activities. Make recommendations around continual service improvements around change management activities. Drive changes to processes and procedures to speed deployment while protecting the customer environment. Requirements: ITIL Foundations Certification Solid grasp of ITIL framework and Change Management function Exposure to tools like Service Now (must have) Desired Skills: Experience with Excel and PowerPoint ITIL Intermediate Certification Experience delivering service reviews to senior leaders (nice to have) Proven track record in leading conflicts and mediating to resolution (nice to have) Offer: 100% remote work MultiSport Plus Group insurance Medicover Premium e-learning platform
