We have been recognized twice with the Forbes Diamond award and are proud recipients of prestigious accolades, including Gazelles of Business and Pomeranian Employer of the Year 2023 We are looking for a Python Developer Location: Gdynia, Pomorski Park Naukowo Technologiczny (office / remote) About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to participate in the development of a high-performance application for a network appliance running a custom-configured Linux system, to support advanced cloud based AI data analysis application. Key Responsibilities: • Application development: Designing and implementing a robust, maintainable application that delivers critical network-related functionality and video stream processing. • Writing unit tests for own code. • Writing feature specifications for the application(PRD's) Required Skills & Experience: • Proficiency in Python for systems programming. • Very good understanding of Linux-based systems • Moderate experience in C/C++, Bash scripting and Linux CLI tools. • Some familiarity with video and streaming • Some familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, firewalls, etc.). • Ability to benchmark and optimize application performance. • Communicative English Nice-to-Have: • Prior experience with GStreamer • Prior work on network appliances or IoT devices. • Experience with real-time Linux (PREEMPT_RT, Xenomai). • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, LXC) for service isolation. • Contributions to open-source embedded projects.
