Data Engineer Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Expected Python PL/SQL ETL Snowflake Data Cloud Airflow About the project We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable ELT pipelines, optimizing database performance, and ensuring data integrity across various cloud environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-performance data solutions and ensure compliance with best practices. Your responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT pipelines Develop and optimize PL/SQL queries and database objects for high-performance data storage in Oracle Write Python-based data engineering scripts to process data Implement CI/CD pipelines for data infrastructure and workflow automation Manage database change processes effectively Work with one or more major cloud providers Integrate and manage a modern data stack Monitor, debug, and optimize data workflows and infrastructure performance Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with best practices Our requirements At least 4 years of experience in a similar field Proficiency in designing OLAP systems (STAR schema, denormalization) Strong knowledge of Python and PL/SQL Experience in ELT/ETL development using GUI-based tools (IBM Datastage, ADF, Stitch, Matillion) Expertise in Database Management: Oracle, MSSQL, Snowflake Understanding of DevOps & CI/CD: Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure DevOps) Familiarity with test automation tools: Robot, Selenium, and various test scenarios Understanding of version control techniques: Git, GitHub, GitLab Experience with Workflow Orchestration tools: Airflow, Prefect This is how we organize our work This is how we work at the client's site What we offer Location: Warszawa Hybrid work model: once a week in the office Form of cooperation: B2B contract Salary: 130-150 PLN net/h Benefits: medical care, life insurance, trainings, Multisport card Benefits sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care life insurance Recruitment stages Phone call with Recruiter (20 - 30 min.)
