Junior Staffing Associate Miejsce pracy: Kraków Your responsibilities Support the process of composing teams for IT projects. Assist in planning the assignment of professionals across various projects and tasks. Help monitor and improve the level of utilization within the organization. Contribute to employee satisfaction analysis to help ensure alignment between assignments and professional fulfillment. Take part in regular meetings with project leadership and the company’s management board. Be close to strategic decision-making processes within an IT consulting environment. Cooperate with the Internal Systems team by supporting improvements in the company’s IT tools and systems. Our requirements Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field. Have at least 1 year of professional experience. Be an effective and professional communicator. Have strong analytical skills and eye for detail. Like to work with data Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. The ability to manage your workload independently. Excellent command of both English and Polish. Optional Familiarity with the IT sector and terminology.
