Job Specification The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the finance and admin function for the Agrimark Northern Cape Region, providing ad hoc decision support to senior management, driving efficiencies and system improvements, and providing timely and accurate reporting and service to stakeholders within the business. Minimum Requirements B Degree (BCom or CIMA) 4 years related experience Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge NB: Your own transport is an inherent requirement Key performance indicators The GOLD business imperatives displayed below are to be used as key indicators in sourcing competent candidates for this critical role. Growth Analyse and report financial performance against performance targets Compile monthly reports Coordinate annual branch & capital budget Control financial feasibility studies and cost analysis for new proposals, projects, and infrastructure Strategic support to Regional Manager, branches, and other stakeholders Optimisation Ensure branch controls are implemented in line with company policy Optimize utilization of Agrimark networks Provide sound advice to internal clients on applications and systems Manage and assist with the annual external audit Quality orientation and assurance Ensure stock counts are done in accordance with policy and ensure all variances are reported accurately Report on functional information Drive the collection of and reporting on functional business information Administration and ad hoc functions Leveraging Culture & Diversity Maintain good internal stakeholder relations Plan and organize your own work for efficiency Digital Transformation Assist/train/upskill branch staff on financial systems, policies & procedures Ensure risk management, governance, and legal compliance Initiate continuous improvement (Innovation) Perform continuous evaluation of branch controls, remotely and on site Key leadership attributes The incumbent would need to have t he ability to progress and add continuous incremental value having impact Dealing with complexity Sound pragmatic discernment/judgement Self - awareness Strategic focus & insight Decision making/Problem solving.
