Accounts Administrator — Restaurant Industry

Key Responsibilities: Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and receivable. Prepare accurate bank and account reconciliations. Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Collaborate with management to ensure accurate financial forecasting and budgeting. Maintain organized financial records and documentation. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounts function (restaurant industry experience preferred). Thorough understanding of financial principles and accounting practices. Proven ability to produce accurate reconciliations and financial reports. Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
