Were looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team and help build the platforms and tools that power our data infrastructure, support our customers, and deliver high-impact solutions to the medical AI community. Why Gradient Health Join a mission-driven company thats reshaping the future of healthcare through ethical data and powerful AI Work remotely with a globally distributed team Competitive compensation package Flexible hours and a high degree of autonomy Opportunities to grow into leadership roles as the company scales What Were Looking For 5 years of experience in fullstack development, ideally at a startup or fast-paced environment Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in React (or similar) on the frontend and Node.js, Python, or Go on the backend Experience building and deploying web applications in a cloud-native environment (e.g. AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes) Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and authentication/security best practices Strong product sense and ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into code Bonus: Experience working with medical data, DICOM formats, or healthcare compliance (HIPAA, GDPR)
