Finance Manager

Do you have experience of Month and Year end Accounting? Are you looking to join a rapidly growing business? If so, we are seeking a Finance Manager to report into the CFO, manage a small team of finance staff and run everything reporting related for the growing business. The role will pay £60 - £70k bonus and great benefits depending on experience and candidates must be able to get to central London - the role is 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. Key Responsibilities: Report into Head of Finance and work with senior management team Manage a small transactional finance Own the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts Ownership of the month-end process Development of all finance systems and processes Be a key point of contact in the external audit process Manage VAT and all tax processes Work closely on the cashflow forecasting process Develop Budgets whilst working closely with the various project managers Manage the CIS returns process. Key Characteristics: Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant or finalist. Strong experience of running month end and monthly Management Accounts. Experience of year end and statutory reporting. Strong systems experience - good Excel skills are required and experience using Xero is beneficial. The ability to work within a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
