Senior SAP DMC Consultant - S/4 HANA Module

Role Overview : Agile Technology Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior SAP DMC Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and integration of SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud solutions for our global clients. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in DMC along with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and SAP S/4HANA integrations. Key Responsibilities : Solution Design & Implementation : - Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) including DMC for Execution, DMC for Insights, and DMC for Resource Orchestration - Collaborate with business users and process owners to understand manufacturing requirements and translate them into DMC solutions - Design custom dashboards, KPIs, production operator dashboards (PODs) and configure the shop floor environment - Build and maintain plant connectivity using PCo, Edge Integration Cells, and IIoT tools - Develop solution documentation, functional specifications, and test plans Integration & Customization : - Integrate DMC with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, MES systems, and other enterprise platforms - Use SAP BTP, SAP IoT services, and custom plugins to extend DMC functionality - Customize DMC features using JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, and UI5 if required Testing & Validation : - Conduct system testing, UAT, and support go-live activities - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and configuration gaps Continuous Improvement : - Provide thought leadership and best practices on smart factory initiatives and digital manufacturing - Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer across project teams Technical Skills Required : Core Expertise : - SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC for Execution, Insights, and Resource Orchestration) - SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII) - SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo) - Integration with S/4HANA and SAP ME/MII Programming & Customization : - JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, SAP UI5/Fiori - SQL for data modeling and reporting within DMC Cloud & Connectivity : - SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), Edge Integration Cells - OPC UA, MQTT, JSON/XML protocols for device integration Tools & Platforms : - Git, Jira, Confluence for agile delivery - SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting (preferred) Certifications (Nice to Have) : - SAP Certified Application Associate - Digital Manufacturing Cloud - SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP BTP Extension Developer Soft Skills & Attributes : - Strong communication and client-facing skills - Analytical and detail-oriented mindset - Experience working in agile/scrum environments - Ability to mentor and guide junior team members - Willingness to travel (if required for on-site support) Education : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (ref:hirist.tech)
