Senior SAP ME/MII Technical Lead

Role Overview : We are excited to welcome a highly skilled Senior SAP ME/MII Technical Lead to our team at Agile Technology Solutions. In this role, you will spearhead the design, implementation, and technical leadership of SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME) and Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII) solutions, with integration support for SAP DMC (Digital Manufacturing Cloud). This is a strategic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, manufacturing processes, and enterprise system architecture. Key Responsibilities Design & Development : - Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of SAP ME/MII solutions - Design scalable custom solutions including UI screens, workflows, and interfaces for manufacturing execution and integration - Configure and extend SAP ME functionalities including PODs, routing, NC handling, data collection, and shop floor control - Customize and extend SAP MII using XSLT, JSP, HTML5, JavaScript, and & Solution Architecture : - Integrate ME/MII with SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) and other third-party systems using iDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and REST APIs - Work with Plant Connectivity (PCo) and OPC to enable real-time data capture from machines - Architect hybrid solutions involving SAP ME/MII and SAP DMC Data Analytics & Intelligence : - Create custom reports and dashboards using SAP MII Workbench, KPIs, and SAP OEE - Leverage data from shop floor systems to deliver actionable insights for production, quality, and Go-Live & Support : - Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) - Lead cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation support - Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and client Skills & Experience : - 810 years of experience in SAP ME and in : - Production planning & master data - Shop floor order management and tracking - Quality management & plant maintenance integration - Logistics & scheduling with : - SAP MII Workbench, POD Designer, UI5/Fiori-based ME dashboards - Development using JavaScript, JSP, XSLT, SQL, and custom iDoc processing - Strong understanding of ISA-95, ISA-88, and manufacturing business Skills : - Experience with SAP DMC (Digital Manufacturing Cloud) - Working knowledge of other MES products (Rockwell, Siemens OpCenter, etc.) - Experience in solution architecture/design of enterprise-scale MES deployments - Familiarity with SAP BTP, Cloud Connector, and IIoT Skills : - Strong leadership and technical mentorship capabilities - Excellent communication and client engagement skills - Agile and collaborative team player with problem-solving mindset - Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic project Qualifications : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related Certifications : - SAP Certified Application Associate Manufacturing Execution - SAP Certified Development Associate SAP ME/MII (ref:hirist.tech)
