Full Stack Engineering Lead - Java/React.js

Full-stack Engineering Lead (Java React) Full Stack Engineering Lead with expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and React to lead the development of a scalable cloud-based application. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end technical leadership, driving best practices in backend and frontend development, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. While US healthcare domain knowledge is a plus, the primary focus is on building a robust, user-friendly web application using modern Java and React frameworks. Experience : 7 Years. Location : Remote. Primary Skills : Backend Development (Java & Spring Boot) : - Extensive experience in Java and Spring Boot for building scalable, high-performance applications. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Graph QL, and microservices architecture. - Experience working with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB). - Hands-on experience with caching strategies (Redis, Memcached) and asynchronous messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS). - Knowledge of security best practices, including JWT, OAuth2, API Gateway security, and role based access control (RBAC). - Strong experience in unit testing, integration testing, and automated API testing. Frontend Development (React & UI Frameworks) : - Proficiency in React.js with a strong understanding of component-based architecture, hooks, and state management (Redux, Context API, Recoil). - Experience in designing and implementing responsive, user-friendly UI/UX using frameworks like Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap. - Strong understanding of client-side performance optimization, lazy loading, and efficient rendering techniques. - Experience integrating RESTful APIs and Graph QL with frontend applications. - Knowledge of authentication and authorization in front-end applications (OAuth, JWT, SAML). - Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Selenium). Software Engineering Best Practices & Leadership : - Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams in an Agile development environment. - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS Code Pipeline, or similar tools. - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments. - Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architectures. - Proficiency in code quality and version control best practices (Git, Git Flow). Good to Have Skills : - Experience working with healthcare-related applications (HIPAA compliance, EDI transactions, FHIR, HL7). - Exposure to AI/ML-powered applications and data-driven UI enhancements. - Familiarity with Graph QL and Apollo Client for API integration. - Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK). - Strong knowledge of Web-Sockets and real-time data streaming.
