Location : Bengaluru (Mahadevapura). Experience Required : 4 Years. Hiring Timeline : Immediate. About the Company : InCommon is hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing tech firm revolutionizing the commercial real estate market with an innovative SaaS platform, empowering clients to design efficient office spaces. Role Summary : As a Javascript Backend Engineer, you'll lead the development of the SaaS platform, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security. Work on microservices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to technical leadership : - Lead development and platformization of the SaaS product. - Collaborate with product managers to align engineering efforts with business goals. - Mentor junior engineers and adopt best practices for coding, testing, and deployment. - Drive engineering projects to enhance platform capabilities and performance. - Develop and maintain microservices architecture. - Solve complex technical challenges with cross-functional teams. - Document system architecture and ensure coding standards are followed. - Stay updated with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the team. Must-have Requirements : - Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field. - 4-6 years of experience, ideally in SaaS. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, Express, and NestJS. - Experience with backend optimization and microservices. - Proficiency in RESTful APIs, HTTP/HTTPS protocols. - Experience with cloud services (preferably AWS) and containerization (Docker, K8S). - Strong understanding of testing frameworks (Unit, API, E2E). - Excellent problem-solving skills and collaboration ability. Nice-to-have Requirements : - Experience with Python and FastAPI. - Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps practices. (ref:hirist.tech)
