Product Manager - Artificial Intelligence

The company is headquartered in downtown San Francisco with offices in NYC, Boston, Washington D.C., Budapest, Vietnam, India, and Role : This position requires a strategic leader who can drive the evolution of the platform through cutting-edge AI and data capabilities. The role demands an entrepreneurial spirit, directly impacting revenue through innovative product experiences and integrations with both internal and external data sources across various customer : - Lead vision and strategy for next-generation AI/data platform solutions. - Launch new AI products that deliver measurable value to CRE professionals. - Identify opportunities to enhance productivity and user experience through AI integration. - Oversee product roadmap, balancing immediate needs with long-term AI initiatives. - Architect intelligent data systems for actionable insights and real-time decision-making. - Define AI feature requirements and collaborate with technical teams on implementation. - Break down complex platform initiatives into executable deliverables. - Craft compelling user stories and lead cross-functional grooming sessions. - Prioritize development efforts to maximize customer impact. - Resolve critical blockers to maintain product momentum. - Serve as a subject matter expert for AI/data capabilities with stakeholders. - Conduct market assessments and user research for AI/data features. - Drive key metrics and KPIs to measure product Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; Background in Commercial Real Estate or Construction Architecture is advantageous. - 12-15 years of comprehensive product leadership experience, with deep expertise in data and AI products. - Proven track record of building sophisticated enterprise B2B SaaS products. - Experience with AI/ML development workflows and implementation strategies. - Demonstrated success delivering data-driven products, solving complex business problems. - Strong collaboration skills with UX/UI and technical teams. - Experience with data governance, quality frameworks, and complex integrations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and working with Scrum Competencies : - Smart and Get Things Done - Thrive in a fast-paced, global startup environment. - Outcome-oriented, highly self-motivated, and quick to learn. - First principle thinker. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
