Rosemallow Technologies - Mobile Application Developer - iOS & Android Platform

Job Purpose : The Mobile Application Developer will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of iOS and Android mobile applications, from user requirement analysis and design to development, testing, support, maintenance, and training. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative and user-friendly mobile applications, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration with other Responsibilities : Analysis & Design : - Conduct user requirement studies and analysis to understand business needs. - Design and propose new features in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Develop detailed technical specifications and design Development & Publishing : - Build and publish high-quality iOS and Android applications in respective app stores. - Implement efficient and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. - Develop responsive graphical interfaces that cater to various device sizes, types, and OS Optimization : - Implement technologies to maximize application performance and ensure smooth user experience. - Optimize code for speed, memory usage, and battery Strategy & Architecture : - Execute technology strategy and architecture recommendations for digital projects. - Contribute to the development of mobile application Management & Support : - Manage and mitigate technology-related issues. - Perform bug fixing, maintenance, and support for mobile applications. - Provide technical support and training to Integration : - Implement API integrations to connect mobile applications with other systems. - Ensure secure and efficient data exchange between applications and backend Collaboration : - Collaborate on the preparation and delivery of project proposals. - Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver projects on time and within budget. Other Duties : - Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to Skills and Experience : - Proven experience in developing and publishing iOS and/or Android mobile applications. - Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages (Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java, React Native, Flutter etc). - Solid understanding of mobile application development principles and best practices. - Experience with API integration (RESTful, SOAP). - Knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize Qualifications : - Experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter). - Knowledge of mobile security best practices. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications. - Understanding of mobile analytics and performance monitoring tools. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (ref:hirist.tech)
