.Net Technical Lead - SQL/AngularJS

Job Title : Dot Net Technical Lead. Job Type : Contract (3-6 months). Experience Required : 9-12 Years. Work Location : Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore. Notice Period : Immediate Joiner. Job Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Dot Net Technical Lead with extensive hands-on experience in .NET Core, Angular, SQL, and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions, and contributing to the development, optimization, and deployment of enterprise applications. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipeline setup, DevOps practices, and cloud integration (Azure/AWS). Key Responsibilities : Technical Leadership & Team Management : - Lead and mentor a team of 8 developers, providing technical guidance and best practices. - Drive the development and delivery of high-performance, scalable, and secure .NET Core applications. - Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX designers) to deliver high-quality solutions. Application Development & Architecture : - Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET Core applications. - Implement microservices-based architecture for scalable and maintainable applications. - Optimize existing SQL queries and database schemas to enhance performance. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications. Front-End Development : - Develop interactive and responsive UI using Angular 14/15. - Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end services. DevOps & CI/CD Deployment : -Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and ensure continuous delivery. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes in Azure/AWS cloud environments. - Monitor application performance and security post-deployment. Agile Project Management : - Work in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment, ensuring sprint goals and timelines are met. - Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings. - Provide project updates and risk assessments to stakeholders and management. Cloud Integration & Infrastructure Management : - Deploy, configure, and maintain applications in Azure and AWS cloud environments. - Troubleshoot cloud-based deployments and ensure high availability. - Implement cloud security best practices for data protection and compliance. Required Technical Skills : Core Expertise : - NET /.SQL : 8 years of experience in database design, query optimization, and stored procedures. - Angular (14/15) : 4 years of experience in front-end development, creating responsive and interactive UI. DevOps & Deployment : - CI/CD Pipeline Creation & Deployment: 5 years of experience in automating deployments. - Experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline. Agile Methodology : - Minimum 3 years of experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams. - Strong understanding of Agile principles and sprint planning. Cloud Platforms : - Basic knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud environments. - Experience in deploying and managing applications in cloud infrastructure. - Ability to log into cloud-based VDI and monitor application performance. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) : - Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform for cloud infrastructure management. - Knowledge of authentication & authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc. - Strong understanding of unit testing frameworks (XUnit, NUnit, Jest). - Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
