Atlassian Support Engineer - Jira/Confluence

The Role : Atlassian Support Engineer Key Responsibilities : - Provide in-depth technical support and maintenance for Atlassian tools like Jira (Software, Service Desk), Confluence, and Bitbucket. - Design, implement, and optimize SQL queries and manage relational databases in SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. - Customize and extend the user interfaces of Atlassian tools using front-end technologies like React, AngularJS, and jQuery. - Integrate Atlassian tools with external systems through APIs, webhooks, and RESTful services. - Collaborate with teams to resolve technical challenges and improve Atlassian tool Required : - Atlassian Tools Expertise : In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira (Software, Service Desk), Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian products. - SQL Expert : Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries, working with relational databases, and managing data in SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL environments. - Front-End Technologies : Experience with React, AngularJS, and jQuery to customize and extend the user interfaces of Atlassian tools. - Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and RESTful services to integrate Atlassian tools with external & Experience : - Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent. - 5 years of experience (ref:hirist.tech)
