.Net Lead Engineer - Backend Architecture

Job Description : Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. - Provide technical guidance and expertise on .NET technologies and best practices. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines. - Drive technical decisions and contribute to the overall software architecture. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. - Participate in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using ASP.NET, NET Core, MVC, and Web API. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs. - Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of applications. - Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software. - Estimate project timelines and deliverables. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery. - Identify and mitigate project risks. - Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Work with project managers to define scope, and make sure that the team is delivering to that scope. - Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and trends. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and code comments. Required Skills : - Strong proficiency in ASP. NET, .NET Core, MVC, and Web API. - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience with database technologies1 (e., SQL Server, Entity Framework). - Experience with version control systems (e. , Git). - Experience with unit testing and integration testing. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead, and mentor a team. - Ability to work in a fast paced agile environment. - Experience with cloud platforms (e., Azure, AWS) is a plus. - Experience with front-end technologies (e. , JavaScript, Angular, React) is a plus. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 6-10 years of experience in .NET development (ref:hirist.tech)
