Job Description : Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support. - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. - Work with MongoDB to design and optimize database schemas and queries. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong understanding of Java and related technologies. - Experience with MongoDB, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning. - Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. - Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications : - Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Knowledge of other NoSQL databases. - Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
