Python Developer - Django/Flask

Job Title : Python Developer Location : Mohali Experience : 2-6yr Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications using Python. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of backend technologies, REST APIs, and modern development practices. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications and services - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code - Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic - Build RESTful APIs and microservices - Optimize applications for performance and scalability - Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers - Troubleshoot and debug applications - Maintain code integrity and organization using version control tools (e.g., Git) Requirements : - Proven experience as a Python Developer (2 years preferred) - Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI - Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs - Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus - Hands-on experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations - Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a bonus - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Experience with asynchronous programming (e.g., asyncio, Celery) - Unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) experience - Familiarity with version control tools like Git and GitHub Benefits : - Competitive salary - Learning and development support - Health insurance and other benefits (ref:hirist.tech)
