HexaCorp - Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/LWC

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Salesforce development, APEX programming, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and other developers to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for designing and developing custom applications and enhancements on the Salesforce platform using best practices and modern methodologies like Test-Driven Development (TDD). Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and enhancements on the Salesforce platform. - Build solutions using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Process Builder, Flows, and SOQL. - Translate functional and business requirements into technical design and development plans. - Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality and adherence to development best practices. - Work with cross-functional teams to support and troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues and enhancements. - Implement and maintain user security models including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. - Develop custom objects, validation rules, workflows, email templates, reports, and dashboards. - Write and maintain unit tests as part of the Test-Driven Development (TDD) process to ensure high code coverage and reliability. - Ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards and governance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process automation and data integrity.
