MERN Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js

Job Title : MERN Stack Developer Experience : 4 Years Job Location : Chennai, India Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. - Implement user interfaces and interactive components using React.js, including state management with Redux or Hooks. - Develop server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. - Design and implement database schemas using MongoDB or MySQL, ensuring data integrity and performance. - Integrate with third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality. - Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. - Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and identify and resolve bugs. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality products. - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development. Required Skills: - Extensive hands-on experience with React.js for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces. - Proficiency in state management using Redux or React Hooks. - Understanding of component lifecycle, virtual DOM, and performance optimization techniques. - Strong Node.js development experience for building scalable and efficient back-end applications. - Expertise in using Express.js for creating RESTful APIs and handling server-side logic. - Good understanding of asynchronous programming. - Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms. - Experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization. - Proficiency in NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB, including data modeling and querying. - Basic to intermediate knowlege of Firebase platform, including authentication, database, and cloud functions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Proficient with Git for version control and collaborative development. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues. Preferred Skills (Optional) : - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha. - Knowledge of Typescript. - Experience with GraphQL. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
