Lead Backend Developer - .Net Technologies

Job Description : - You are responsible for the continuous development of the products in the Analytics Software Domain - You develop software as described by the User Stories and perform Unit Tests. - You document your software so that other team members and departments understand your software - You are involved from start to finish of the product life cycle - You adhere to the scaled agile way of working, including participation in daily standups and retrospectives - You coach junior- and medior-developers with your expertise - You take - together with the other team members - ownership to the team results and pro-actively support other team members in delivering the committed backlog - You follow the evolutions in software development and apply then in a pragmatic way - You adhere to the proposed development guidelines and tools - You participate in Development Chapter and contribute to best practices on software development Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Computer) or a related field. - You have 8 years of years of relevant experience in software engineering practices (e.g., OO languages, clean code, CI/CD) - You have experience with agile software development methodologies is a plus. - You have experience as a technical lead providing a technical guidance and direction to the team. - You have deep knowledge in dotNET and Data Engineering - You have good understanding of Angular. - You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. - You can work autonomously and with cross-functional teams. - You are pro-active, take initiative within the team. - You are eager to learn and challenge the status-quo. - You have professional proficiency in English.
