Position : ServiceNow Legal/ELM/SPM Consultant Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Experience : 3 - 9 Years Company : Talent Worx (Recruiting for a Leading Big 4 Consulting Firm) About the Client : Our client is a leading Big 4 consulting firm, recognized globally for its expertise and innovative solutions. Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Consultant with expertise in Legal Service Delivery (ELM), Service Portfolio Management (SPM, formerly ITBM), and related modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions to meet complex business requirements. You will collaborate with legal, IT, and business teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions that enhance legal operations and IT financial management. Responsibilities : - Implement and configure ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (ELM), IT Business Management (SPM/ITBM), and related modules to meet client requirements. - Customize workflows, forms, and business rules to align with specific business processes. - Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. - Collaborate with legal, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions. - Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop detailed solution designs and documentation. - Configure and customize Legal Service Delivery workflows, including matter management, contract lifecycle management, and legal hold processes. - Implement solutions to streamline legal operations and improve efficiency. - Integrate ELM with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems. - Implement ITBM capabilities such as demand management, project portfolio management (PPM), and financial planning. - Align IT services with business goals through effective SPM/ITBM solutions. - Develop and maintain IT service catalogs and portfolio dashboards. - Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems to enable seamless data flow and process automation. - Develop and implement automation workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer and other automation tools. - Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure accuracy and compliance across legal and ITBM modules. - Implement data security and access controls. - Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders for effective adoption of implemented solutions. - Develop user guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles. - Optimize performance and scalability of the ServiceNow platform for legal and ITBM workflows. - Stay updated on ServiceNow's latest features and best practices for ELM, SPM/ITBM, and related modules. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, process enhancement, and cost optimization. Requirements : Experience : 3 - 9 years of experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (ELM), IT Business Management (SPM/ITBM), and related modules. Technical Skills : - Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities. - Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API). - Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows, forms, and business rules. - Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP). - Knowledge of ITIL and other service management frameworks. Functional Skills : - Understanding of legal operations and processes. - Knowledge of IT financial management and service portfolio management. - Ability to gather and analyze business requirements. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Strong customer service orientation. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Certifications (Preferred) : - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules (ELM, SPM/ITBM).
