Job Title : Lead Python Developer Location : Cochin Special Economic Zone, Kerala Experience : 5-8 Years Primary Skills : Python, Django, AI System Development Job Description : As a Lead Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable Python applications, with a strong focus on AI system development. You will leverage your expertise in Django, CI/CD, cloud automation, and event-driven architectures to deliver high-quality solutions. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior developers and contributing to the overall technical direction of the team. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python applications using the Django framework. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. - Implement and optimize database interactions and data models. - Contribute to the development and integration of AI systems and algorithms. - Automate processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability. - Implement and manage machine learning models and pipelines. - Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. - Design and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka or RabbitMQ. - Integrate with third-party APIs and services. - Develop and maintain messaging and queuing systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks. - Implement and adhere to DevOps best practices. - Manage and maintain containerized applications. - Lead and mentor junior developers. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team. - Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps.
