The creation of the Mobile as a Platform Sub value Stream will drive joint delivery of business outcomes through deep partnership between Business, Markets, Technology and Digital. As a result of these new changes, we are seeking experienced professionals for the Tech Lead Mobile Engineer opportunity. About Project We are transforming our digital capabilities, driving innovation, delivering products in ever shortening cycles and helping to drive the continuous improvement of our processes, tooling and engineering practices. The Mobile team governs mobile engineering lifecycle activities providing standards, alignment, management oversight and resource allocation to fulfil roadmaps, guard highest levels of quality and operate on top of the best-in-class platform. Your responsibilities Provide delivery management for the global WPB Mobile Platform program and facilitate and participate in key Agile ceremonies across Scrum teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Coach and mentor team members, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive team environment. Drive the development and delivery of product roadmaps in collaboration with Digital Product Teams. Identify and establish team structures that align with agreed roadmaps to enable efficient delivery. Manage large and complex projects, ensuring timely delivery through effective planning, governance, and reporting. Create, track, and report on project timelines, budgets, backlogs, velocity, and quality, managing issues and risks proactively as well as ensure adherence to governance procedures and contribute significantly to process improvements. Facilitate and chair regular project meetings to document, assign, monitor, and manage project issues and risks, minimizing their impact and engage and collaborate with business units, internal IT, and other teams throughout the program lifecycle. Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders to benefit the projects and programs. Our requirements Extensive experience across the entire project lifecycle, with strong project management skills in initiation, analysis, design, testing, and transition. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile SCRUM, or equivalent proven experience. Proven track record of delivering programs and projects using agile methodologies in a complex, multinational corporate environment. Experience in Delivery Management or IT Program Management, particularly in delivering large- scale programs (exceeding USD 10 million) with a focus on mobile and digital experience delivery. University degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage matrix project teams regionally and globally and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Commercial acumen with strong risk management and mitigation skills. Effective communication skills in both spoken and written English.
