For our customer, we are seeking a skilled VMWare Specialist to join a dynamic team and play a key role in supporting a project for a leading French telecommunications company. Project information: •Location: Katowice (hybrid model of work/ can be negotiable) •Type of employment: Employment contract •Technical stack: Cisco UCS, VMware and its products, including vCenter, vRA, vRO, vROps (supervision), vRLI, vRN, NSX-T, OpenShift (Red Hat), Pure Storage, NetAp, Rubrik •Project language: English and French Your responsibilities Managing incidents by opening and tracking tickets with suppliers (Stordata, Broadcom, Red Hat), analyzing incident resolution, and handling related requests. Executing interventions within projects, monitoring project progress, and preparing necessary actions for our initiatives. On-Call Support: Providing support outside of regular business hours. Our requirements Proficiency in the French and English language (min B1). At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of VMware and Cisco UCS technologies. Eagerness to grow and learn new technologies.
