Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Expected ServiceNow SAFe JavaScript Angular.js SoapUI Operating system Linux About the project We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, development, implementation, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for aligning business needs with technical requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and long-term success of ServiceNow implementations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to design innovative solutions, drive continuous improvement, and provide leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with the organisation’s enterprise architecture. Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues to define, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions that support future goals. Produce system design specifications, technical documentation, and solution proposals. Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Oversee the development and integration of ServiceNow applications, supporting developers where necessary and reviewing code to ensure quality. Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations to improve or redesign existing solutions. Drive innovation by researching new technologies, conducting proof of concepts, and demonstrating working prototypes. Design and review non-functional requirements, identifying and bridging any gaps between design and implementation. Develop and maintain architectural strategy and roadmaps, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals. Collaborate across teams and departments to optimise business processes and create additional value. Our requirements 7 years of relevant experience in software development, integration, and architecture design ServiceNow platform and its capabilities. JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages. Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON). gSuite integration (desirable) Experience with DevOps methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and working in regulated environments is a plus. Proven experience in architecting, building, maintaining, and operating enterprise-grade systems/applications. Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, system design, and performance optimisation. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). ServiceNow System Administrator Certification. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (highly preferred).
