Manual Testing: Conducting manual tests to ensure software quality. Deviation Analysis: Identifying deviations from specifications and compiling detailed bug reports with clear reproduction steps. Test Documentation: Documenting and analyzing test results to ensure all requirements are met. Collaboration: Working closely with the development team to identify issues early and ensure effective troubleshooting. Test Environments: Establishing and maintaining test environments that realistically mirror production conditions. Regression Testing: Performing regression tests following code changes to ensure existing functions are unaffected. Quality Assurance: Actively participating in the development and optimization of testing processes and standards. Your Skills: Languages: German and/or English C1 level Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a software tester or in a related field Technical Competence: Knowledge in creating and executing test plans and cases Experience in software testing, preferably in an agile development environment Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Jira) and bug tracking systems Ability to understand complex technical specifications and develop precise tests Problem-solving mindset and a high level of attention to detail Team-oriented with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers and other stakeholders If your mindset and skills meet our needs, we're eager to receive your application.
