Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. Work on projects, from small bug fixes to large-scale feature development. Drive cross-collaboration and execution of projects across multiple teams along with collaboration with other engineers to bring products to life. Manage unique projects priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Create a high performing team and cultivate innovation. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree. 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field. Experience developing accessible technologies.
