Managing the reporting portfolio to support monthly program governance reviews, prioritization, financial tracking of the global budget and capacity planning Organizing meetings, handling logistics, preparing agendas and materials, and leading sessions when needed. Overseeing the global solutions ecosystem. Partnering with Capability Builders and engaging with program teams across the organization to build awareness, understanding, and capability around PMO tools and processes. WHAT DO WE REQUIRE? Substantial experience in running and integrated end-to-end program portfolio, including framework and process ownership, capability building and reporting Fluency and confidence with various project management tools and methods – waterfall, Agile, FastForward Knowledge of English at C1 level WHAT CAN WE OFFER?
