Senior HR Specialist with English

Location: Rzeszów Employment Type: Preferred B2B, possible employment contract (UoP) Working Hours: Standard: 14:00 – 23:00 (1-hour lunch break).Rotational: Every three weeks, one week from 10:00 - 19:00 or 11:00 – 20:00 Remote Work: Occasional remote work possible Salary: Competitive salary with discretionary performance-based bonuses Benefits: My Benefit program, life insurance, company laptop and phone Senior HR Specialist with English Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate selection, and interview coordination. Oversee onboarding and offboarding to ensure smooth employee transitions. Develop and implement training programs to support employee growth and career development. Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Identify training needs and design learning strategies aligned with business goals. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to improve recruitment and retention strategies. Work closely with managers to support talent development and workforce planning. Required Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, training, and employee development. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and career development. Experience in employer branding and employee engagement strategies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level, preferred C1).
