Account Manager 360

Overview Independent implementation of integrated 360° communication projects and adaptation projects globally. Works with the clients to receive and analyze briefing requests. Builds project timing plans and project cost estimates. Responsible for guiding clients and their expectations managing projects and production issues. Solicits client feedback and communicates potential areas of improvement to management. Establishes good work relations and relationships with the clients, client service teams, transcreation partners and creative teams. Hybrid work model. Qualifications Knowledge and experience with relevant video, mailing, digital and print production processes and techniques. Knowledge of web and/or content publishing processes is a plus. Strong self-starter and independent thinker, but adept at working within a team structure. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. People skills that will inspire the confidence of our clients and build trust with client, agency and executional teams. Ability to adapt works style to needs of various clients and internal/ external agency teams. Ability to navigate organizations and proactively chase down answers. Ability to analyze organizational and process challenges, and to recommend improvements. Balance both creative quality and financial responsibility. Ability to resolve conflict through diplomacy, empathy and understanding. Fluent business English - both written and spoken is a must. Multilingual is a plus.
