We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our innovation Digital Transformation Team with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of AI technologies to drive business transformation. While leading a dynamic team of engineers and working closely with cross functional teams. The candidate will be responsible for bringing new skillset onto our group, provide guidelines to our less experienced developers and will be closely cooperating with our Stakeholders to drive applications evolution and feature changes. Your responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-based solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product owners to define technical requirements and architecture. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from conception and research to deployment and scaling in production environments. Feature development, code reviews, guide our developers for best development practices. Drive innovation by staying up to date with the latest achievements in AI, ML and data science technologies. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business value. Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and AI regulations. Core Java development and Web applications with Spring and Angular. Participate in requirements analysis. Work with deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes. Debugging and problem solving on existing applications. Working in distributed teams with Agile Frameworks. Feature development, code reviews, guide our developers for best development practices. Our requirements At least 5-8 years of hands-on Java development experience. Experience with Messaging Queues. Strong Experience with SQL/NoSQL with understanding of database design and optimization methodologies. Good knowledge of design patterns and scalable architecture principles. Experience with Spring (MVC, Data, Security) & strong Web development skills (HTML, CSS, & JavaScript) & JavaScript frameworks (TypeScript, Angular, RxJS, CSS, SAAS). Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud. Experience with Unix platforms. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Problem solving skills, able to determine upcoming risks & issues & address them. Attention to detail – Evidence of ensuring code quality & accuracy. Very Good command of English (verbal and written). Teamwork skills and great communications skills when working with external groups like Product Management, Project Management, Product Strategy and Senior Project Stakeholders. Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage delivery time effectively.
